Are there aliens? In the movie Home there 1. The Boov are aliens. But their enemies ruined their planet. 2 the Boov have to find a new planet. They choose to go to 3 and drive people away.
Earth is a good place. The Boov are 4 there. They have a party to celebrate. But a Boov named Oh makes a big 5. He asks everyone to come to their party, including their enemies. Other Boov think Oh is 6 spy(间谍). Oh 7 run away. He meets Tip, the last 8 on Earth. Tip is smart. The Boov can't catch her.
Both Oh and Tip are on the run. They become friends and go on adventures. On the way, the 9 change each other's world. And they get to understand the true meaning of "10".
Workers wear them. Swimmers wear them. Scientists wear them. Woodcutters wear them. People who play sports wear them. Goggles protect the eyes. They keep out water and chemicals. They keep out bits of wood or stone. They might look funny, but goggles do serious work!
Why do people need to wear goggles? They need to keep the can hurt our eyes. Have you ever gotten a piece of sand or dirt or other small particle in your eye? What happens? It hurts. Your eye begins to fill with tears. Those tears are your body's way of getting the sand or dirt out of your eye. Sometimes this works. Your eye feels much better.
But what happens if your tears don't work? What happens if the piece of sand has gotten stuck in your eye? Eyes are delicate. They can be scratched or cut easier than skin(皮肤). If the particle is not washed out by tears, you might have to go to the doctor. You could even have problems seeing out of that eye.
Instead of waiting to see if tears will help, some people use goggles. This can prevent things from getting in their eyes at all. If they use goggles, their eyes are protected from the things that can cause problems. Goggles are a better way to protect eyes. They are made of plastic or glass, and they are tied around your eye area. Some of them hook behind your ears like glasses. Other goggles have a strap (带子) that goes around your head. Both kinds stay right where you put them until you take them off. That way, you can use both hands to work or play sports, and you don't have to worry about something getting in your eyes.
Your eyes are safe, and you can get busy working or playing!
Do you know Venus (金星)? Of the eight planets Venus is the nearest one to us. Venus was the Roman goddess(女神) of love and beauty. In Greek her name was Aphrodite. Venus and the Earth are almost the same size, and you would weigh almost the same on both planets. If you were 70 pounds on Earth, you would be 63 pounds on Venus.
Venus is an "unfriendly" planet. Because of its thick cloud, you can't see the surface (表面). In many ways Venus is like the Earth. It has active volcanoes (火山), mountains and valleys, too. But Venus is too hot for life. It has the hottest temperature of the planets in our solar system, about 480℃. Besides, the Earth lets heat out through volcanoes, hot springs, but Venus lets heat out in a different way. Venus has no moons. Scientists call Venus the Earth's sister planet because Venus and the Earth are almost the same size. For a long time most scientists thought that Venus probably had plants, animals, and possibly even human beings. However, because Venus is so hot, it is impossible for anything to live there.
What was living in the ISS like?
Living in space is common to astronauts. But what if it is a task of nearly a year?
US astronaut Scott Kelly was in the International Space Station(ISS)for 340 days. It is the longest time a US astronaut has spent in space at a time. Kelly's stay is part of the Twins(双胞胎)Study. When Scott Kelly spent nearly a year in the ISS, his twin brother Mark Kelly lived on Earth. They gave scientists more ways to study human space flight.
Usually living in the ISS for such a long time is boring. Was it the same for Kelly? Let's take a look.
Good morning, everyone!
It's time to enjoy a sunrise. But for Kelly, it was one of the 16 sunrises he saw each day in the ISS. Isn't that cool?
Work comes first.
During his stay, Kelly and his partners did about 400 science experiments. One of them was about planting vegetables. And they did it! Growing vegetables will be helpful for longer space journeys.
Moving with microgravity(微重力)
As we all know, space is a place with microgravity, which influences human bodies. So Kelly did exercise more than 700 hours in the ISS. That is about two hours of exercise a day. Microgravity also makes some easy things difficult. Kelly often slept in a sleeping bag, or his arms would float(漂浮)in front of him all the time.
Boring? Why not do something for fun?
Kelly loved taking photos from space and sharing them with the world online. Even President Obama is his fan. Under one of his photos, Obama wrote, "Hey, loving the photos. Do you ever look out of the window and just freak out(吓坏了)?" "I don't freak out about anything, Mr President. Except getting a question from you." Kelly replied.

In the the moon is not as big as the earth—the we live on. And they are far away from each other in the Galaxy. In the Galaxy there is a large of stars and planets.
In 1969, three American astronauts the moon in a spaceship, but of them any living things there. It is very hot in the day and very cold at night. And there is no air there. The on the moon is for anything to live on. Maybe Mars can have life in the future, but we're not sure .
Everything on the moon is much lighter. Walking on the moon is like jumping and flying. So you can jump much higher on the moon than on the .

A: Hi, Rose. 36
B: Hi, Tom. I'm thinking about what the life would be like if we live on Mars.
A: That sounds very interesting!
B: Unluckily, people have known a little about Mars until now.
A: Oh, don't worry. I have a new book named There Is Nothing to Do on Mars.
B: There Is Nothing to Do on Mars? 37
A: It tells a story about a boy named Martin. He has an experience on the red planet.
B: Really?38
A: His family moved from their nice earth home to Mars. He moved around in his space shuttle to look for real Martians(火星人)with his robot dog.
B: 39
A: No, he didn't. But he discovered some water under the ground.
B: Aha, he becomes a hero! 40
A: I agree with you. Here is the book.
